Whether it is a cash donation, a gift of stock, memorial donation, honorarium, planned or deferred gifts, participating or volunteering, you can help touch many lives. We have organized several methods of making donations for your convenience including secure online donations, mail and phone.

Tax-deductible cash donations assist in supporting the many ways we help families. Every dollar helps us to put smiles on the faces of many children and their families. Larger gifts often include naming opportunities for our different functions. We provide several methods to donate:

Memorial Donations and Honorariums

A gift in memory or in honor of a loved one is a meaningful tribute. A note is sent to both the recipient and the donor to recognize the investment given to the lives of seriously ill children and their families.

Gifts of Stock

We gratefully accept gifts of appreciated stock or other securities, which can provide significant capital gains benefits to the donor.

Planned or Deferred Gifts

Bequests, charitable remainder and charitable lead trusts, life insurance, gift annuities and retained life estates are the most common types of planned gifts. Consult your tax advisor for more information.

Volunteering

Giving of your time to help with our fundraising is very helpful to us. We also need volunteers to help with our Ronald McDonald dinners, for different picnics and holiday parties that we host.

Due to the different fundraisers that the Aubrey Rose Hollenkamp Children's Trust Foundation has, the cost for participation may vary.

Delivery Methods and Timing

If you are purchasing tickets for our "Let's Dance for the Heart of It!" your name will be held at the door so that admission will be granted. You will receive a confirming e-mail to let you know this. For our Golf Outing, again, you will receive a confirming e-mail to let you know we have a spot for you or a foursome, depending on what you requested. For our Silent Auctions at the Dance or the Golf Outing, you will be taking your item home with you the day of our event so we do not need to deliver anything to you.

Return/Refund Policy

Most of our charges will be for donations so they are not returnable or refundable. If you are charging for our Golf Outing or Dance, tickets are non-refundable. For our Silent Auctions at our different functions, the same policy applies - no refunds. One does need to realize that we are a non-profit organization that depends on donations and our fundraisers to help sustain our mission of helping to put smiles on the faces of many children and their families.
