Health and happiness is all anyone will ever tell you they want for a good life. It is hard when an adult doesn’t achieve that, but to witness a child struggling to have those things is especially difficult. The mission of Aubrey Rose Foundation is to help families caring for children with life threatening illnesses with our focus being on family unity. We strive to lift families from life’s complexities during this difficult time by providing emotional and financial support.

The Arts play an important part in the development of a child’s life, too. Another organization, Art Machine, Inc. provides extraordinary arts programming to youth and exhibits their work in a variety of venues. Art Machine is also responsible for hosting the regional Scholastic Art Awards, whose notoriety helps kids receive thousands of college scholarship dollars. It is vitally important to maintain these organizations and we are hoping you will help us do something about it.

Art Machine, Inc & Aubrey Rose Foundation are teaming up with the art clubs of Sycamore and Norwood High Schools to organize our first “Hearts & Arts” scrapbooking event to be held at Sycamore High School. All the proceeds from the Hearts and Arts – An All Day Crop will go towards the mission and goals of the Art Machine, Inc. and the Aubrey Rose Foundation.

By registering for Hearts and Arts you agree to abide by the following policies, terms, and conditions:

• CANCELLATIONS: There are no Refunds (Any monies paid to the Aubrey Rose Foundation for Hearts and Arts cannot be returned. It will go towards helping to put smiles on the faces of many children and their families.)
• There will be no refunds for no-shows.
• No reservation is guaranteed until payment is made in full.
• Any returned checks will incur a $25 fee. Amount of check and fee must be paid in cash immediately following bank notification. Failure to comply with this policy will forfeit any fees already paid.
• No children under the age of 14 are allowed without prior approval.
• You agree to use reasonable care and caution when using all equipment provided for your personal use at the event. If you are unfamiliar with the equipment, please ask, we’ll be happy to assist you.
• A spill proof mug and/or a cup holder MUST be used at all times in the cropping room.

Important note: Strollers are not allowed in the Scrapbooking room, in the Vendor Fair area or in classrooms.
